• Rejected visa extension application
Application background
Student L is a student in an Australian university, but he recently received a warning letter from his university because of the insufficient attendance and fails of his courses. However, he just sent an email to his university to explain it, and thought it was not serious. Unfortunately, his CoE was cancelled and then he received the notice of his student visa cancellation. He was anxious and contacted with our AIDE senior visa consultant immediately.
Difficulties
• The CoE and student visa were cancelled
• The university and the Department of Home Affairs have a poor impression of the applicant
Application process
Student L told us that he felt very anxious, guilt and sad. Our consultant analysed his issue with patience and tried best to help him who lived alone far away from his country. The consultant pointed out that he did not provide any proof to support the reasons of the lack of attendance and fails of courses, so that he could not pass the show cause, which was the main reason why his CoE and student visa were cancelled. In terms of the issue, AIDE consultant provided two plans to help him.
Plan 1: Collect the student's documents, and contact the university to appeal, and then submit the documents to the Department of Home Affairs. Try to find a second chance for L to get a substitute visa.
Plan 2: Immediately collect materials of studying abroad and reapply for another university. Try to get a new offer and student visa for L.
Based on two plans, AIDE consultant applied one by one. In the end, it only took 4 weeks to help Student L get the student visa and new CoE.
