Family and Partner Visas

If the applicant located outside of Australia, he/she may be eligible for:

• Subclass 309 Partner (Provisional) Visa and Subclass 100 Partner (Migrant) Visa

• Subclass 300 Prospective Marriage Visa

If the applicant located inside of Australia, he/she may be eligible for:

• Subclass 820 Partner (Provisional) Visa and Subclass 801 Partner (Migrant) Visa
