Victoria State Migration Program Review

Skilled nominated visa (subclass 190) - State nomination program

3,500 places have been allocated to Victoria. As at 31 October 2021, for the 2021-22 program 7,141 ROIs have been received and 989 applications have been submitted for Victorian visa nomination.

Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 491) - State nomination program

500 places have been allocated to Victoria. As at 31 October 2021, for the 2021-22 program 1,115 ROIs have been received and 106 applications have been submitted for Victorian visa nomination.

Subclass 190

As at 31 October 2021, 1,052 of 7,141 ROIs have been selected to apply for Victorian visa nomination.

Subclass 491

As at 31 October 2021, 121 of 1,115 ROIs have been selected to apply for Victorian visa nomination.

In the 2021-22 Victorian skilled visa nomination program, we are seeking applicants working in our target sectors with STEMM skills.

Victoria’s Entrepreneur stream has not opened for new applications in 2021-22. More information about opening dates and Victorian requirements will be available on our website shortly.
